Come rain or shine, 90 year old Johnny Barnes is at the intersection from 3.45 am to 10 am. And he has been at it for over 25 years now. But he is not there with a hat in his hand. Instead he is there to remind us to go back to our roots. He does this by saying three simple words to every passer by: “I Love You!” It is remarkable how infectious love is and the transformation this has caused all around. If only the rest of us could be Johnny Barnes.
