Life Is The Miracle

Life is Miracle

When you stop expecting miracles, life is the miracle.

The beauty of this day doesn’t depend on its lasting forever.

The gold you have to dig for is not the real gold.

Kites pull on their strings because they want to be free.

The feeling of being unappreciated is a failure to appreciate others.

The plant that’s been uprooted has only courage to hold it up.

What is love after all but trusting in the unknown.

The right key: the one that doesn’t open any door.

Lessons forgotten do more good than lessons learned.

The future can’t be seen even with the most powerful telescopes.

Every destination knows that there’s more than one way to get there.

People say, “It’s not that simple.” But maybe it is.

Being Pain-Free Is Liberating To The soul!

Pain Free

Stephanie’s yoga classes cured my debilitating back pain. I had suffered through periodic episodes of excruciating back pain for over a decade. A herniated disk was diagnosed easily. But a reliable cure was not found until Stephanie. I used to subconsciously “protect” my back by avoiding engaging it, leading to defensive posture and misalignment.

With Stephanie’s classes, I have freed my back of fear of pain. Now I feel stronger, aligned, and at ease with working my back. It has changed my body and my spirit. It is obvious to others too. In recent times numerous people who I see rarely have commented about how healthy and relaxed I look, and they’re right. Being confidently pain-free is liberating to the soul. Thanks to Stephanie’s classes, I am pain free and confident physically in my 40s in ways I could not imagine in my 30s. My only regret, it took too long to find her.” – Ben Aitkenhead

The Elephants Of Thula Thula

Elephants Of Thula Thula

Elephants Of Thula Thula

A strange procession was underway. Two separate elephant herds, independent of each other, had by some unknown and mysterious mechanism figured out that their human friend and savior had just died. They were making a 12-hour silent march towards the home of the legendary Lawrence Anthony located in the Thula Thula game reserve in South Africa. After hanging about his home for 2 days the herds left. They had not visited for past 18 months and nobody can explain how these two elephant herds, independent of each other, figured out the death of Lawrence Anthony, and decided to pay a last farewell visit to their friend.

Many years earlier, a herd of elephants, had arrived on a game reserve 600 miles from Thula Thula and were considered a nuisance. An elephant welfare organization called Anthony with a request: would he be willing to take these elephants? Anthony faced a tough decision. These elephants were escape artists and dangerous.
